Shipping & returns

Orders placed before 2pm GMT on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, are dispatched the next working day. Engraved and made-to-order pieces take 3–5 working days before dispatch.

Standard tracked (2–3 working days): £4.95, free on orders over £100.

Next-day tracked (order before 2pm): £7.95.

Europe tracked (3–6 working days): £12.95. Rest of world tracked (5–10 working days): £19.95. Import duties and local taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price shown at checkout.

You may return any unworn item in its original packaging within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Start a return by emailing hello@sarmasjewels.store with your order number and we will send you a prepaid UK returns label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of the return being received and inspected. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the whole order is returned within 14 days, in line with UK consumer law.

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings can only be returned if the seal on the packaging is unbroken. Engraved and personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Every piece carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing faults. If something goes wrong, contact us with photographs and we will repair, replace or refund the item.
