Terms of service

By placing an order on sarmasjewels.store you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment processor.

Our jewellery is hand-finished, so small variations in finish and stone colour are normal and are not faults. Product images are illustrative and may not reflect exact scale.

You may cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and we extend this to a 60-day returns window. See our shipping and returns page for the process and exclusions.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
